At ICI we strive to give our customers the highest quality product we can. Our engineers leverage the latest Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and techniques to create complete and accurate drawing packages.

The mechanical team creates parametric 3D models to ensure no detail is missed. Technical drawings follow industry standard ASME standard Y14.5M – 1994. All prints follow the recommendations of the Drawing Requirements Manual. A typical drawing package includes an outline drawing, assembly drawings and part drawings. Assembly sequences are often captured in detail.

Our electrical documents conform to ANSI Standard Y32 for Symbols and ANSI Standard Y32.2 and Y32.14 for reference diagrams. A standard drawing package includes all schematics and interconnects. Production packages (Gerber files) include industry standard board layout, drill, and part placement files.

Utilizing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system we are able to facilitate the flow of information between all business functions inside the boundaries of the organization including: Bill of Materials, Costs, Revisions and Lifecycle of products.

The end result is a release to the customer of a DoD Level III compliant drawing package.
