Protégé firm Integrated Consultants, Inc. (ICI) San Diego, California, and Mentor firm Applied Research Associates (ARA) Albuquerque, New Mexico; were honored with a Defense Department, Office of Small Business Program’s Mentor-Protégé Program Nunn-Perry Award. Ceremonies were held at the Gaylord National Convention Center, National Harbor, MD on Wednesday, March 10, 2010. Nunn-Perry winners are selected on quantitative program performance metrics that favorably impact, and enhance DoD mission requirements.
The Prestigious Nunn-Perry Award, named in honor of former Senator Sam Nunn and former Secretary of Defense William Perry, was first awarded in 1995 to recognize outstanding Mentor-Protégé teams formed under the auspices of the DoD Mentor-Protégé Small Business Program. Accepting awards were Agreement program managers, David Aberizk, P.E. - ICI President, and Bryan Milligan, Ph.D - ARA Vice President, and Division Manager.
