Integrated Consultants Incorporates

On July 17, 2004 Integrated Consultants team completed the filing of Articles of Incorporation in the State of California. The Incorporation was the final infrastructure step in the preparation process to exclusively execute Department of Defense Contracts as a Subcontractor to Prime Military Contractors, and Independent Prime Contractor.

The Department of Defense Contract focus began in 1999, when the then sole proprietorship relocated to San Diego, California. Prior to the move the company had been a commercial supplier of Technical Engineering Services to Regulated Industries, and the Department of Energy. Client Design and Process tasks involved ASME Pressure Vessels, Nuclear Off-Gas Management Systems, Superconducting Cryogenic Systems, and Heavy Metal Wastewater Environmental Discharge Systems. Also as a third tier supplier, the company supported original process and hardware design to the Electronic Industry supporting the military community.

From our first assignment in February 1979 for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory to our active task effort for Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, CA, we offer evolutionary Design, Process, and Prototype Devices for complex applications.
