Integrated Consultants, Inc. (ICI) is a Professional Technical Services, and Process Systems Integrator to the Navy, Commercial Maritime, and Federally Regulated Commercial Industries. We are SBA HUBZone Certified, Woman Owned Small Business, and SPAWAR Sponsored Protégé. ICI is receiving Program Management technical transfer in Communication and GPS Systems, from Mentor ARINC, and leveraging these technologies with our Integration, Process and Prototype skills developed in the commercial state-of-the-art arena for over twenty years.

We provide “grass roots” electromechanical and electronic systems engineering design and prototype development. Our military electronic systems provide R&D process hardware design for emerging RF technologies. Tasks include the management of system engineering integration, test and evaluation, and installation support for acquisition, and specification preparation of communication and sensor equipment original designs.

Integrated Consultants has extensive experience with Technical Program Management Breath, required for future SEAPORT of Warfare Performance Assessment of SPAWAR program innovations. We are adapting our commercial industry success factors, both technical, and administrative, to leverage military task orders. We are currently managing the evaluation and integration of a prototype process system, supporting superconducting RF tactical electronics, relevant to future C4I and Space weapon systems, SSC-SD Code 231.

The Commercial adaptations we have developed include a ranking of sub-system design effectiveness based upon concept design rules, component function, and mean effective life history under similar operational requirements. These ranking or “Classing” techniques are specifically adaptive to repetitive or similar engineering design tasks. Cost savings of from 3% to 18% are realized depending on the use of our stored digital design, and acquisition specification data bases. Recent military task order history indicate 8% average savings of design and acquisition process preparation.

The savings are enhanced by our Quality Plan, which has contributed to client feedback of Integrated Consultants, Inc. meeting, and exceeding, their expectations. Our Quality Plan insures the reliability of effective work effort, and completeness of information review to the client.
